Terms of service
Last updated: September 1, 2026 · Applies to yogi.compute and all subdomains
Acceptance of terms
These terms of service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the operators of yogi.compute ("we", "us"). By accessing the website, connecting a wallet, or making any request to the inference API, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization.
The service
yogi.compute is a token-gated inference gateway. It provides access to a catalogue of third-party large language models and video generation models through a unified web interface and an OpenAI-compatible API. Access is not sold as a subscription and is not metered per request; instead, it is granted automatically to any wallet that satisfies the on-chain holding requirement described below.
The service is a routing and access layer. The underlying models are operated by their respective providers, and model behavior, pricing to the treasury, and availability are ultimately determined by those providers.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not use the service if you are located in, or are a resident of, a jurisdiction where the use of cryptographic tokens or this type of service is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions administered by any competent authority.
Holding requirement
Inference access is granted to wallets holding at least 100,000 $YOGI on Robinhood Chain. The requirement is enforced programmatically:
- Balances are read directly from the $YOGI token contract at regular intervals.
- If your balance meets or exceeds the threshold, inference endpoints respond normally.
- If your balance falls below the threshold — because you sold, transferred, or moved tokens — access is revoked automatically, without notice and without any action on our part.
- The threshold may be adjusted by governance or by the operators; the current value is always displayed on the site and in the documentation.
Holding tokens grants access to the service; it does not grant ownership of the service, equity, revenue share, voting rights, or any claim on the treasury beyond what is encoded in the token contract itself.
API keys
Programmatic access uses API keys derived from your connected wallet. You are responsible for keeping your keys confidential. Any request made with your key is attributed to you. If a key is compromised, revoke it immediately from the interface and generate a new one. We are not liable for usage or damage resulting from keys you failed to protect.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service, directly or indirectly, to:
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal content of any kind, including content that exploits minors, incites violence, or promotes terrorism.
- Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights.
- Develop or distribute malware, conduct phishing, or compromise the security of any system.
- Attempt to circumvent the holding requirement, rate limits, or any other technical control of the service.
- Resell, sublicense, or share your access with third parties who do not themselves meet the holding requirement.
- Misrepresent model output as human-authored where such misrepresentation is deceptive or unlawful.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service or its infrastructure without written permission.
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend access where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, without limiting any other remedies available to us.
Fair use & rate limits
Access is described as unmetered, not unlimited. Inference is funded by a shared treasury, and the service exists for the benefit of all holders. To protect that shared resource we apply fair-use rate limits and concurrency caps, which may vary per model based on upstream cost. Automated abuse, denial-of-wallet attacks against the treasury, or patterns clearly designed to extract compute beyond reasonable interactive use may result in throttling or suspension.
No financial advice
$YOGI is a utility token whose function is to gate access to the service. Nothing on this site — including statistics, charts, documentation, or model pricing — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy any asset. Token prices can be extremely volatile and can go to zero. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, your own research, and the security of your own wallet.
Model output
Output is generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, or simply wrong. You are responsible for evaluating output before relying on it, and for complying with the usage policies of the underlying model providers. Do not use model output as a substitute for professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. We make no representation that output is unique to you; similar prompts may produce similar output for other users.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The model catalogue, upstream pricing, and supported features may change at any time as providers change their offerings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, any particular uptime, or the continued availability of any specific model.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the operators of yogi.compute be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, lost tokens, or trading losses — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of yogi.compute from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your wallet. Access terminates automatically when your balance falls below the holding threshold. We may suspend or terminate access for any wallet that violates these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability and indemnification — survive.
Changes to terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced through our public channels before taking effect. Your continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
